1887 (Holy Goat)

nspired by the strong stouts and porters brewed in the late 19th century Britain, this recipe utilises brown, black, amber and crystal malts over a base of pale malt. Using all British grown kettle hops and fermented with a historic ale yeast.

Drink young or age, this will develop over time.
