Description
Classic West Coast IPA
The beer is designed as a direct homage to the early, hop-forward origins of the West Coast style. It delivers a powerful punch of bitterness with a rating of 110 IBUs (International Bitterness Units) while maintaining a balanced profile that avoids becoming overly harsh.
Helix features a highly aromatic hop profile built on a dry, crisp malt base. The dominant flavors and aromas include citrus, grapefruit and mango, while a pine and resinous base lingers on a crisp rye bread mouthfeel.
