Skullflower (Holy Goat)

Mixed Fermentation Golden Sour with Elderflower

Brewed with Golden Promise pale malt, wheat and locally grown rolled oats. Primary fermented with a mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. The base beer was aged for around four months before an addition of elderflower foraged locally in Dundee.
